Bibingkang Galapong is traditionally made up of milled glutinous rice, coconut milk, sugar, and cheese. Coconut milk or parts of coconut milk and water is what is traditionally used as the liquid. Then the freshly-milled sticky rice were used for additional aroma and flavor. It has a savory side dish with an edge of sweetness.
